Welcome to the Behura Research Group! Department of Physics | San Diego State University
The Behura Research Group conducts cutting-edge research at the intersection of quantum materials and quantum photonics, with a focus on the Photophysics of Quantum Materials. Our work combines material design and synthesis with advanced quantum photonic and optoelectronic characterization to accelerate the development of next-generation quantum technologies, particularly in the area of quantum-enhanced sensing. Our research is proudly supported by the National Science Foundation,  the Air Force Office of Scientific Research, the Air Force Research Laboratory, and the Shackelford Faculty Research Startup Fund.
We are committed to innovation, collaboration, and mentorship in the pursuit of scientific excellence.
